Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy
i. Return and Refund for Defective Products
- As per company policy, returns and refunds are only available for defective products.
- If a product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
- Unused products can be exchanged within two (2) days of receipt for another product from the same Vendor.
- If the exchanged product is more expensive, the Customer must pay the difference in price.
- If the exchanged product is cheaper, the Customer will receive store credit for the difference, valid for six (6) months.
ii. Proof of Defect
- For returns and refunds, the Customer must provide proof of the defect to the Company, which will be shared with the Vendor for validation.
- For sizing issues or product defects, the Vendor will cover shipping costs for the exchange.
- Shipping costs include both return and reshipment of the product.
iii. Customer Responsibility for Non-Defective Exchanges
- If the Customer requests an exchange without a valid reason (e.g., no defect or fault from the Vendor), the Customer must bear all shipping costs for both returning the product and receiving the new one.
iv. Processing of Returns and Exchanges
- Once the defect is acknowledged by the Company and/or Vendor, returns, exchanges, or refunds will be processed within ten (10) working days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, or, in case of cash payments, a bank transfer will be arranged.
